Due to the hand-thrown nature of our ceramics no two items will ever be exactly alike. The unique piece you will receive may differ slightly from what's pictured. Variations in glaze color, size, and finish are to be expected.
On the very rare occasion that an item arrives damaged, please start a claim with your local Post Office. You will need to bring the broken item along with the packaging to the Post Office. Priority Mail comes insured by the USPS, and they are liable for broken items in most cases. We know it’s a terrible feeling, but unfortunately we cannot reimburse orders that were damaged by the USPS or stolen from your property.
