Sorry, this item has sold.

Hand thrown ceramic bowl in a speckled matte white glaze. Please allow 2-4 weeks for made to order items.

Measurements: roughly 8"x 2".

Each item is handmade and therefore unique. Glaze variations should be expected. The item you receive may not be the exact item pictured. Measurements differ slightly due to the handmade process. This item is food/dishwasher/microwave safe. It is glazed with lead free and non-toxic glazes.

My Process: Clay is first weighed, wedged, and thrown on the wheel. After drying for several days, it enters the 'leather hard stage' and can be trimmed to its final form. It is then set aside to dry for several more days until it enters the 'bone dry' stage. At this point, pottery can be loaded into the kiln for the bisque fire. The bisque fire is a low-temp firing that hardens the clay enough to be dipped into a bath of glaze. After the bisque fire pottery is unloaded from the kiln. It is sanded, washed, and glazed. Glazes are made in house from scratch and contain no toxic materials. Pottery then get's loaded back into the kiln for its final high temp firing.
